Program fee is inclusive of the following:

  • Two onsite days 
  • Weekly, live, group coaching calls for all managers  
  • The Manager Formula Access (year-long access) for all managers (and ADR's if selected). TMF is an ongoing live coaching program inclusive of monthly modules focused on manager development, practices and tools for performance
  • The Manager Formula also provides monthly bonus webinars covering the unique challenges managers face
  • All materials, job aides, worksheets
  • Monthly update / progress calls with client leadership team
  • Travel expenses for Leadership Coach team

Any changes to dates due to client schedule conflict are subject to an additional fee
