The Management Process

Success must have a map. Managing isn't complicated, but it is a new skill and requires learning new tools and approaches. The Process is not complex, but it is foundational to create and sustain results. We teach managers WHAT to do in their roles to drive accountability, retention and engagement at all levels.

The Manager Practice

A process is useless if it is not practiced. HOW managers interact with their team is essential. In the Practice managers learn how to APPLY what to do. The Manager Formula not only teaches managers WHAT to do, but we ensure they know and demonstrate HOW to do it.

Managers submit coaching requests & coaches apply TMF tools & content for solutions.

Video chats are LIVE, interactive and solutions-focused.

Connect with managers all over the world.

Coaching office hours available for one year, per manager.

Live Coaches' Calls

Bi-Monthly Coaching video chats (via Zoom) for designated organizational trainers and/or coaches.

Focused on helping internal trainers design practices that support their managers in the program.

Coaches' video chats available for one year per coach. Must have (3) managers enrolled to qualify.

Limited to one coach/trainer for every 15 managers from partner organization.

  • Managers and any designated trainers will be invited to a welcome call with a TMF Coach
  • Managers will be provided a walk-thru of the course, materials and general orientation
  • Live, coaching video calls/chats will begin the week your managers start
  • Organizational partners who register (3) or more managers will be provided monthly updates of manager participation and progress when requested
